Firstly, I have to apologize for the low fi reporting with this iPhone photo. This was probably the first time ever that I've left home without my camera! Secondly, I swear this is the last banh mi post of the month, I actually don't even care much for white bread these days. I just got obsessed with finding the best one!
This long awaited banh mi shop finally opened this week in Williamsburg. It's conveniently located right on Bedford so you can't miss it. The staff is super friendly and the sandwich, which was really good, seemed to have a very fresh yet traditional taste. I went for the homestyle traditional banh mi, which is pack full of all kinds of mystery meats. I think it will really hit home for those than enjoy a traditional banh mi. The prices are decent, all sandwiches are $5. I guess the only issue I always have is that there's never any place to sit and enjoy it. I ended up on someone's stoop to eat it.
