Coffee Break

This Italian caffe is literally a block from my house and I can hardly believe I've never checked it out. When it comes to coffee I have my neighbourhood favs, so I never thought to try it... my bad! My friend Nick took me there after our lunch the other day and I was really impressed. I thought maybe it was trying too hard and a bit over designed. My bad again. Anyway, the cappuccino was amazing, it had a true Italian taste. I was especially happy that there was a size option. The server warned me that the small was really small but it wasn't, it was just what I wanted! I think American sizes are way too big in general. I just need a shot of espresso with a little milk and I'm done... it's not a bloody meal, its instead of dessert! Anyway, I was super impressed and I've just taken a look at their brunch and dinner menus online and I'm super excited to go back. Grazie Nick alla prossima volta!

  1. Nick Ong is a dream come true. I'd have "coffee" with him any day.
